Hirami Pan: A Must-Visit Bread Restaurant in Kanazawa

You can either walk a little over 20 minutes from Kanazawa Station or take a bus from Kanazawa Station, get off at Minamimachi/Oyama Shrine, and walk about 5 minutes. Either way is fine, but when traveling to Kanazawa, I highly recommend Hirami Pan's plate lunch menu. I had the Croque Madame and their homemade sausage, and both were incredibly delicious. While it's French-inspired bistro cuisine, not just bread, the star is undoubtedly the bread. The pop-up bakery inside Kanazawa Station always had a long line. The plate lunch for two came to about 6,000 yen (including drinks), which is quite pricey. But it's delicious. And the atmosphere inside the restaurant is wonderful. If you're someone who wants to eat good food in a good place, you should definitely give it a try.
