I visited Tove Jansson's Akebono Children's Forest Park in late November. It was my first visit, and the metasequoias were ablaze with red autumn leaves—it was peak season for fall foliage. Many families were there, and children were happily playing. Meanwhile, there are also Moomin-related structures and a room with materials related to Tove Jansson, making it enjoyable for adults too. There's also a cafe within the park where you can have a fairly substantial meal. While I think it's enjoyable in spring or early summer as well, the red foliage of the metasequoias seemed to particularly enhance the atmosphere of this world, so I especially recommend visiting in autumn.
