For lunch on the second day, it was past noon but still a bit of an awkward time, so I was looking for a place to grab some noodles. I noticed that Noriba Shokudo, located inside Ryotsu Port, was open, so I decided to give it a try. They were heavily promoting their “Sado Rich Shrimp Ramen,” so I decided to give it a try. It was delicious! The shrimp flavor was, of course, outstanding, and both the soup and the noodles were truly delicious. I dipped some extra rice into the soup—I’d definitely recommend doing this if you’re hungry. This is a dish you won’t regret trying if you visit Sado.
