Nakano-ya Honten in Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture, where you can savor hearty hegi soba
After snowboarding in Yuzawa, I've visited this place several times, and the soba at "Nakano-ya Yuzawa Main Store" is quite delicious. This time, since there were four of us, we tried the Hegi Soba for four people for the first time. The visual impact was incredible! And it was delicious! The tempura assortment was also delicious! Located just a 2-minute walk from JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station, you won't miss your Shinkansen. Although it's always busy, you don't have to wait too long to get in, making it a highly recommended soba restaurant.
