Miraini, a multifunctional tourism hub in Sakata, Yamagata Prefecture

Stepping off the train at Sakata Station in Yamagata Prefecture, you'll find the exceptionally beautiful complex Miraini right before your eyes. It houses a library, tourist information center, local products hall, plaza, and relaxation space, and is also connected to the Tsuki no Hotel and the Tsuki no Michi restaurant. I rented an electric bicycle at the products hall, stowed my luggage in a coin locker, explored Sakata City, then returned to rest at the restaurant and take a breather in the beautiful library. This incredibly convenient flow allowed me to seamlessly navigate my itinerary.
