Hotel Wing International Shimonoseki, a business hotel located about a 5-minute walk from Shimonoseki Station. While it offers quite good value for money, it's not the absolute top tier among budget business hotels. However, the card key is ridiculously cute. This appears to be an original design exclusive to the Shimonoseki branch, and some guests might even stay here just to temporarily possess this card key. Incidentally, in Yamaguchi Prefecture, pufferfish is called "fuku" (福, meaning "luck") for good fortune. Most restaurants clearly label it as "fuku," so be sure not to mistake it.
