This "Takenoh and Ohagi" shop is located roughly halfway between Sakura-Shinmachi Station and Yoga Station on the Den-en-toshi Line. It's a popular spot where many items sell out quickly. Both the exterior and interior boast a stylish design that shows great attention to detail, and the ohagi are adorably displayed in the spacious area. The workshop in the back also has a very atmospheric feel, and I hear they regularly hold children's classes there. The smaller ohagi cost around 300 yen each, so they're not exactly cheap. However, they are beautifully and meticulously crafted, making them a pleasure to look at and delicious to eat (the sweet bean paste wasn't overly sweet and had an elegant flavor). They were ohagi that gave a real sense of satisfaction.
