While it's a very typical Starbucks, it faces a street lined with cherry trees, making it absolutely stunning during cherry blossom season. Also, while Starbucks usually seems crowded everywhere, the Sakura-Shinmachi branch almost always has a few seats available, which is fantastic. Though not a large store, the interior is bright and spacious, making it one of the most relaxing Starbucks locations I recommend (the staff are all energetic, friendly, and leave a very good impression).
