About a 3-minute walk from JR Shin-Okubo Station, there was a cafe called Kaisar Cafe, packed to the rafters with photos of Korean actors and idols. I walked in without any prior knowledge, so I was surprised to find this kind of cafe! It seemed irresistible to fans of Korean actors and idols, and it was packed with customers. A woman traveling from Taiwan and a Japanese woman happened to sit together at a seat in a certain actor's corner and instantly hit it off. It seemed like this cafe was also a place where people who liked the same actors or idols could easily become friends.
