BROZERS' at Nihonbashi Takashimaya: The Absolutely Delicious Hamburger

When I visited Takashimaya in Nihonbashi, I had lunch at Brothers Nihonbashi Takashimaya, a hamburger restaurant on the 7th floor of the new wing. It was my first time there, but the exterior looked great and I entered without hesitation (and the interior was lovely too!). It's a "gourmet burger specialty shop" that started in Nihonbashi Ningyocho back in 2000. I ordered sets of both the Tartar Burger and the Cheese Burger, and the flavor hit me with every bite. I enjoy and think McDonald's and Mos Burger are tasty too, but this is on a different level – a wilder, more umami-packed burger. It's meaty yet delicately seasoned, and it made me feel like I was really "devouring a burger!" for the first time in ages. I want to eat it again.
