About a 3-minute walk from Ueno-ge Station on the Oimachi Line, there was a cafe called DESIGN CAFÉ STABLE. It offered a coworking space-like environment where you could work, complete with power outlets and WiFi, and they also rented out meeting rooms (though cafe space use was limited to a maximum of 3 hours). It was a simple and chic space in a good way, so I could really focus on my work. However, the food options were limited to cereal and waffles, so it wouldn't be ideal if you were primarily looking for a meal.
