This Toyama City Library Main Branch is one section of the TOYAMA Kirari complex, which also houses an art museum, banks, and other facilities. First-time visitors might find themselves captivated by the beautiful architecture, but Toyama citizens just casually read or study here lol (I'm jealous). The design was reportedly handled jointly by three firms: RIA Architects, Kengo Kuma & Associates, and Sanshigumi Architects.
