I stayed at Comfort Hotel Akita, located about a 4-minute walk from Akita Station's North Exit. While I only stopped at Akita Station to sleep for the night, I was pretty tired, so this stress-free business hotel was exactly what I needed. The reception area, hallways, and room were all clean, and a free breakfast buffet was included. The desk was large enough to open my laptop and get some solid work done, which was another plus.
