Pois, the amazingly delicious bakery inside Aeon Town Raku Raku

I happened to pop into the AEON Town mall near Rakurakuen Station for a light snack, and a stylish, delicious-looking bakery caught my eye. My excitement shot up, and before I knew it, I was grabbing a tray. I ate it in the eat-in area, and wow, it was surprisingly delicious! Overall, the flavors were richer and more pronounced than what you'd find in Tokyo. The bread with mentaiko (spicy cod roe) was especially spot-on for my taste buds. I hadn't planned on introducing the shop, but the taste was so good I hurriedly snapped a photo of the exterior. I heard they have a total of three locations across Yamaguchi and Hiroshima Prefectures, but I think this place is going to get really popular!
