The rooms are clean enough for basic needs, and above all, the location is conveniently close to the station, making it easy to find and access anywhere. I found it very convenient as a base for sightseeing in Tsuwano. The Yasumasa Yasuno Museum is practically next door, so visiting there first is also a good idea.
