Tea Fields Scenery from Kakegawa to Fukuroi

I explored the area around Kakegawa City and Fukuroi City in Shizuoka Prefecture by bicycle. There didn't seem to be any electric bike rentals around here, so I borrowed a standard bicycle from the city's free service at the station bike parking lot. While I'm very grateful for this, I'd really appreciate it if they could offer a paid electric bike service, provided it wouldn't result in a loss... As you head a little further south into the mountainous area, you'll find lovely tea fields and scenery spreading out. It's not bad at all as a walking route—in fact, it's quite wonderful.
