Yokohama's Valley! Jingashita Valley Park

This might come as a surprise, but did you know there’s a valley in Yokohama? When it comes to urban valleys, Tokyo’s Todoroki Valley is famous, but Yokohama—another major city—also has a place called Jingeshita Valley. This valley park has a much wilder feel than Todoroki Valley. The path to the water area winds through a fairly dense forest, making it a nice little workout. While you can’t really play in the river or relax by the water, you’ll find yourself wondering if you’re actually still in Yokohama, as you experience the feeling of having wandered into a deep valley.
