Classic Higashide Coffee Shop in Kanazawa, known for its delicious firm pudding

This cafe, famous in the area, is within walking distance of Kanazawa Castle Park and Kenrokuen Garden. Its distinctly elegant, old-fashioned classic charm stands out, and it seems popular with young people too in this era of retro trends. Due to the light rain and the time being early morning, there were plenty of seats available, and we were able to enter smoothly. The atmosphere was clearly outstanding. While it seemed crowded with tourists, regular customers were also relaxing and chatting with the staff. The pudding I was aiming for was, as expected, a firm and delicious one. The meticulously prepared coffee was also delicious. I highly recommend stopping by if you find yourself in this area.
