Among the rivers flowing through Setagaya, I personally recommend the Noga River. According to Wikipedia, "The Noga River is a first-class river in the Tama River system, a tributary of the Tama River flowing through Tokyo. Its source is within the grounds of Hitachi's Central Research Laboratory in eastern Kokubunji City, and it flows into the Tama River at Futakotamagawa in southern Setagaya Ward." It's a river that's been nearby for ages, yet I don't know much about it. I do like its clean water and the scenery along its banks.
