Setagaya City's Hanegi Park boasts considerable size. It's a park where people of all ages can enjoy themselves. One highlight is the Plum Festival, where approximately 650 plum trees bloom magnificently. Meanwhile, children play freely at the "Hanegi Play Park" – getting muddy, building bonfires, or getting soaked – learning about freedom through free play.
