Pepa Cafe Forest, an officially recognized Thai restaurant within Inokashira Park

A Thai restaurant that catches everyone's eye when visiting Inokashira Park. Since it was a day of light, intermittent rain, we were able to slip right into this usually crowded spot. The staff were all very pleasant, and the interior had a cheerful atmosphere rather than being overly chic. Seats near the entrance offer a refreshing view of the park's trees through the vinyl windows. We visited for coffee this time, and everything was delicious: the chai, Vietnamese coffee, and banh chuoi (≈ banana cake).
