Suginami Ward is a very livable area that's always popular with families, and this park in Shimotakaido, Suginami Ward is also absolutely fantastic. You can have picnics or enjoy light cherry blossom viewing (cherry blossoms bloom here), and it features fun playground equipment, a water play area, a crepe stand, and a shaved ice stand, making it perfect for spending half a day playing. The grounds are quite spacious and don't get overly crowded. The grass on sunny days is the best.
