Shizuoka Prefectural Road 323, dazzlingly beautiful in blue

I rented an electric bicycle at JR Arai Station and rode along Lake Hamana, guided by Shizuoka Prefectural Road 323, north of Bentenjima Station. Wow, this is fantastic. I encountered a few road racers along the way, so perhaps it's not a well-known route. There were very few cars, and I felt like I had the crystal-clear blue of Lake Hamana and the clear blue of the sky almost all to myself. For someone like me who isn't a serious cyclist, the distance was perfect for a manageable ride time. I was thoroughly soothed by the local-feel streetscape and the adjacent, beautifully clear water surface, seemingly without any barrier.
