There are no business hotels around Kasumi Station, and lodging is concentrated in the hot spring village a short distance from the station. This Sanpo is also located about a 20-minute walk from the station. Despite being on a business trip, I ended up staying at a hot spring inn, though it was a room-only plan without the highly rated meal package. However, the spacious Japanese-style room, cleaned very thoroughly, was superb. The hot spring was also very relaxing. Just note that the plan I booked only included a yukata as an amenity, so if you need bath towels, etc., don't forget to reserve them separately.
