Hotel Sun Hofu: The Strong Ally for Business Travelers in Hofu
I was looking for a place to just sleep near Hofu Station and booked Hotel Sun Hofu because it offered free laundry. I had absolutely no expectations, but I was completely wrong. While it's a fairly old hotel, it's well-maintained and clean. The Finnish-style sauna was fantastic, and the changing room and large bath area were perfect—towel and bath towels provided, air conditioning blasting, and even free lockers. For a solo traveler, it was the best. The non-smoking rooms were all full, so the cigarette smell was strong, but other than that, it was a very satisfying, low-cost business hotel.
