CHEESE KITCHEN RACLER Shibuya, located on the 7th floor of Shibuya Hikarie, serves delicious dishes generously featuring Hokkaido ingredients. They offer many menu items featuring Hokkaido and cheese, and everything I tried that day was delicious: the 'Hokkaido TKG Stove "Salmon Roe, Hokkaido Eggs, Hokkaido Rice, Hokkaido Beef Stew"', the 'Double Cheese Omelette Rice with Hokkaido Eggs and Beef Stew Sauce', and the 'Fresh Fish Carpaccio from Hokkaido'. Especially the salmon roe—it was so good, and I hadn't had it in ages~.
