Kitchen and CURRY is located in Hanegi, Setagaya's premier 'chill and chic tree-lined street'. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Other weekdays: 11:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Thursdays only also offer dinner from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM). Saturdays and Sundays: 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Finally visited on their monthly morning service day! For breakfast, pancakes replace rice. The mildly spiced curry, packed with savory vegetable flavor, paired perfectly with the thick pancakes featuring a subtle sweetness. The accompanying vegetables were also very good. The lemon lassi was exceptionally delicious. Every detail in the cozy interior is thoughtfully curated, creating a simple, soothing space. Next time, I'll make a reservation and try the curry rice!
