Omiya no Mori Green Space: A Quiet Oasis Nestled in a Residential Neighborhood

Just before visiting ﾅ稽iya Hachimangﾅｫ Shrine, I stumbled upon this place and fell in love at first sight. It's a quiet, compact green space, but it's beautifully maintained with pleasant, lush greenery. A large camphor tree, lush greenery, a charming little pond, a few benches. That's all there is, and it's not a place where you can do anything special, yet the space created by these elements is strangely wonderful and incredibly comfortable. You probably wouldn't make a special trip here from far away, but if you have business at ﾅ稽iya Hachimangﾅｫ or nearby, I highly recommend stopping by. It might just quench a little of your spiritual thirst.
