This temple, standing tall on the southwestern coast of the Boso Peninsula, boasts a history of approximately 1,300 years. While its "Peek into Hell" observation deck is famous, every path within the temple grounds is truly remarkable. The stunning moss and greenery that adorn every corner, along with the countless statues of Kannon, are truly breathtaking. Access may be a bit challenging, but it is well worth a visit.
